Roof Repair Smedway's Flat Roof Repair crews are trained on TPO, EPDM, and modified bitumen systems across Forest Knolls, not general shingle work applied to a flat surface.
Our Flat Roof Repair technicians are trained specifically on membrane systems, not general shingle repair applied to a low-slope roof.
We also test repaired seams for a proper bond before leaving, rather than assuming a visual check is enough.
Every Flat Roof Repair technician carries current Forest Knolls, CA licensing for commercial roofing work.
We coordinate Forest Knolls scheduling around your business hours whenever the situation allows.
No surprise costs once we're already on the roof mid-repair.
Proper membrane welding equipment prevents the seam failures common with improvised patches.
Flat roof issues cover a specific range of membrane and drainage problems — here's our Flat Roof Repair scope.
TPO seam separation gets properly heat-welded, not just caulked over as a temporary fix.
We identify the membrane type first, since EPDM and TPO repairs use different adhesive systems.
Standing water that doesn't drain within 48 hours accelerates membrane breakdown and needs a drainage fix, not just a patch.
Modified bitumen blisters and seam issues are repaired using proper torch-down or cold-adhesive technique depending on the situation.
We clear and repair drains and scuppers as part of a full Flat Roof Repair visit.
We reseal and reflash equipment curbs as part of a thorough Flat Roof Repair inspection.
Commercial Flat Roof Repair visits are scheduled around your operating hours whenever the situation allows.
Technicians identify your membrane type before recommending any Flat Roof Repair repair method.
Drainage and ponding issues are assessed alongside any visible membrane damage.
Repaired seams are tested for a proper bond before we leave the site.
